Factory Trained Technicians
Allometrics technicians are factory trained and Allometrics is capable of repairing almost any type of weighing, measuring, and controlled environment equipment. We offer onsite repair as well as our own in house repair shop. Equipment for repair can be shipped to our repair shop. If equipment is removed from a customer’s site by Allometrics we will supply you with a receipt identifying the piece of equipment.
After identifying the nature of the problem repairs will commence only after approval by the customer.
If the repair requires factory service Allometrics will facilitate the handling of the repair with the factory.
If your equipment is unable to be repaired or is not cost effective to repair Allometrics will provide you with a quote to replace.
